Re: Spencer and Mike
"Or they just think you're a total nutcase and don't ever get used to anything," Reid pointed out with a gentle laugh of his own. He'd met more than a few people who just thought that Spencer was too much to deal with and it was nice to find someone similar. "Eidetic memory, a gift and a curse," he said.
He'd used that trick to impress people before and he could understand the appeal. Spencer loved to make Parker give that amazed look with her lovely big eyes and sure it was tricks and crystals she liked, but it was the same sort of thing. Making people happy was nice, it was that simple. "I can imagine."
Spencer shrugged, it was his issue and while Brian made him uncomfortable it was more because he was uncomfortable with himself in the first place and that was no ones fault but his. "Absolutely," Reid agreed.
"I remember the flash of light, but I thought it was a car. It couldn't have been more than a few minutes before I was passing out though," he said with a nod. "No real time for conspiracies, just thinking I was losing it."
Glancing back at Harvey he nodded, he could sense the dynamic, it made sense. It also explained why the tension between them, which he could only assume was sexual, remained most likely unaddressed. "I still consider myself FBI, agent for the BAU, if that helps." Spencer said with a little smile.
