Re: Spencer and Mike
"People think you're a science experiment gone wrong, but it can be fun," Spencer admitted with a grin. "It's cool we've got the same memory," he said, genuinely excited to talk with someone who thought similar to how he did.
As Mike recited the line it was clear he was telling the truth, not that Spencer had doubted him. "I know you could, but I think that will do," Reid said with a chuckle. He was used to being the one with the skills and it was actually interesting to listen to someone else for a change.
Reid still wasn't sure how he felt about Brian. At first he'd been terrified and intimidated, but then annoyed and then kind of inspired and now Brian must have lost interest in tormenting him and they just kind of existed in the same place. "Yep, I don't really touch people, it wasn't fun," Reid said, giving a little shrug. "But I think he thought he was helping me, in his own way."
Raising his eyebrows he nodded, it had been different for him. "I was outside and it was dark, I didn't actually notice until I woke up in the tiny room," Reid admitted. "So he's your boss?" Spencer asked, maybe digging for a little bit more information, but that was in his nature.
