Re: Renko and Harvey
Someone was going to have to tell the guy that he did a really poor job of lying, Mike couldn't help wondering if he had been a decent lawyer at all. That seemed to be a sort of requirement for the job as far as he knew.
"Oh sure, what's not to like?" He asked lifting his shoulders and gesturing with his drink. "Good looking folks taking their clothes off, we're off the base for a while, and there is plenty to drink. Not much wrong with that in my book." He told him with a smirk.
The one thing Harvey did seem to have going for him was his ability to make himself not well liked, that was a quality of a good lawyer if Mike ever saw one. Of course with an attitude like the one that had settled on Harvey's shoulders it wasn't surprising to be perfectly honest. Still they were living together now and Mike had so much more to worry about than a grown man throwing a constant tantrum at things not going his way.
"One of these days you're going to just have to get used to the idea that we're all stuck here." He told him. "It'll make things a lot easier in the end. How long you want to imagine we'll be stuck here is your business, but the mood isn't going to make any of this easier."
