For Echidna, hiding herself as Eva was something she was finally growing accustomed to. It took a long time for her to remember to answer to her own name and realize that she had to actually be nice to those around her, but she could handle it now. Sometimes it was even a joy to help those around her. She never thought monsters such as she could enjoy a simple life, but she did. She enjoyed being homey and playing mom.
The tinkling of the bell called out to her and she excused herself from the conversation she'd been having and turned to help whatever new customer decided to walk through their doors. Today was a good day. She wasn't cranky and so her smile was quite genuine when she crossed back over to behind the small checkout counter to greet her customer. She tried to make her posture as pleasant as possible. "Hello! Is there anything I can help you with this morning?"
