[In Person]
"Nooo, I said stop sayin' th't!" he cries, before he nips Shadow's shoulder with the tips of his teeth. "I still have it in my head th't 'm sixteen 'nd runnin' around doin' sixteen year old things. Me bein' an adult is not somethin' this world needs. So dun use th't tone o' logic at me."
The thumping against the cupboards gets louder as Sonic is caught out reveling in his strength, but the smirk doesn't leave his lips. "But yer so fluffy like one, 'nd fun ta cuddle. When it's not weirdly hot out 'nd we're both comfortable enoug ta do it."
The hedgehog shakes his head as Shadow grumbles about his aches and pains, which only makes him prod at his muscles more to try to get them to loosen up. "I dun wanna do it either, Precious. 'nd I've seen how ya get after a regen, th't was not fun. So lets put a pin on th't, yeah? A very firm, very far off pin."
Eventually the prodding gets too much, and when Shadow wanders off to take a seat at the table Sonic releases his grip, but follows close so the black hedgehog doesn't try to divert somewhere else.
"I know it's hot out, but warm showers are always better th'n cold ones. Cold ones just freeze ya in place... uh... figuratively speakin' 'nd all," he says, rubbing under his nose as he coughed nervously at the slip. "'nd 'm lookin' atcha like th't 'cause yer usually pretty all right wit' this sorta thin'. But yer tense as hell here."
He gently presses his thumbs into Shadow's shoulders once more, seeking out the large knot he had found before to see if he could work it out. Sonic was sure that if one loosened up enough, the others wouldn't bother Shadow so much.
"Maybe a dip in th' hot springs would help if y'can deal wit' th' heat fer a bit."
