Well, it wasn't every day that he got bowled over by a flying tatterhog and snogged until he couldn't breathe - but he smiles anyway, glad that everything seemed to go...well, perfectly for them. There might have been a little stab of potential angst there but it passed with the fact that Zonic said yes. And it made him feel wonderful - like all this stress was just lifted from him and he felt...lighter.
"...I know you will..." he whispers back, smiling softly.
Offering the box to Zonic again, he seemed to get a little shyer about the whole thing. He knew Zonic pretty well, but he had never really figured his tatterhog was really a jewelry fan. That was more Scourge's thing, with the earrings, his necklaces and a ring here and there if he felt like it.
But he doesn't push Zonic away either, not minding that he's practically straddling him as he sits there, trembling a little as he reaches to take the box. Scourge moves his hand with Zonic's, seeing that they're still cuffed together and lets him open the box without a word.
Inside, it appears that there's just one ring - but it's much thicker looking than one would have expected. It's obviously a custom job, done in a shiny platinum that glitters easily in the remaining light of the evening - but it's intricate and obviously stylized to suit both of them. The infinity sign is prominent in the middle of the ring, which seems to be winding around what looks like a dagger. Upon closer inspection, one could see that they were actually two rings fit together that could be gently taken apart to be worn.
"...i-if you can't tell because of the light...there's two there... one for you, and one for me... whichever you want is fine with me but...it seemed really....I dunno...fitting..." Scourge says softly, feeling shy all over again.
