Upon arrival on the south shore of Waikiki beach, your character will be greeted by a Welcome Center employee who will then bring them to the Welcome Center where they will get an explanation as to what's going on.
Once they are there, a presentation will be given about what their current situation entails. The following will be covered in the presentation:
→ This has been happening since April of 2015 and no one knows why or how to get you back where you belong despite extensive research.
→ It's no one's fault this is happening.
→ No time passes in the home world while you're here.
→ There may be more than one version of you or people you know here.
→ Sometimes people may look like someone you know, but they're not actually that person.
→ Sometimes things/places from home will also show up in random places on the islands.
→ Crazy things sometimes happen with no explanation as to why.
→ 5-0 and associates are here to help in any way they can.
→ Minor characters under (18) must live at the Welcome Center in the dormitories until someone claims responsibility for them.
They will then be given access to the network (there will be a separate post about how this works) and a list of contacts for current residents will be loaded into their phones so they can see if anyone they know or think they know is around. They'll be given a variety of housing options and taken to whichever one they choose (apartment, townhouses, houses)
Characters will be encouraged to settle in and try to live their lives the best they can.
