I probably should have went into detail for those that did not read both son and dad's apps (or were confused as I'm not sure how detailed I got). Son and dad have mostly been estranged. Dad has contacts everywhere so he was keeping an eye on his son. The son is struggling so dad offered "incentives" for son to go to camp to spy. Son is not impressed but he needs money so he's there. Right now he's figuring he'll report honestly back to daddy but... he could change his mind on his own or be influenced to change his mind to where he reports everything is fine, nothing illegal or out of the ordinary is going on. Nobody knows his dad has a son except a few people who are close to him. It's not to say those people didn't let it slip to others. There is one photo of the father and son that is located in the father house. People who have been to the fathers house might have seen it and if anybody asked who was in the photo they would have been told. As far as the father recalls nobody at team Canada camp should have seen the photo (here's a link to the photo http://images.allocine.fr/medias/nmedia/18/82/84/93/19640551.jpg They are not father/son in the movie but this photo appeared to be a good father/son photo to me) but father doesn't always pay attention to everybody who'd been to his home. So somebody at the camp might have saw the photo or nobody did (or they saw the photo and didn't ask who the kid in it is) but the photo is around in case it needs to come into play :)
There's no paper trail to the CEO saying it was his doing to have Vince come to camp. All the staff was told is a person of authority requested this kid, who hasn't played hockey in 6 months, to come to camp. The paper trail leads to somebody else to hopefully keep son and dad's relationship a secret. haha..
