Who: Seth and Katya Where: Second Floor / Sunset Lounge When: Dawn What: Ew. Feelings.
Seth wasn't the type of guy to enjoy feeling like he needed to help someone else. It wasn't a natural feeling for him. He didn't have a selfless bone in his body. Maybe one, but it was a bone that had withered and died when Lauren had. However, here he was, in a suit and tie and an office, sitting behind a desk as he filed away guest after guest. He stood up and straightened his coat, making his way past the office he hadn't known was there and to the front desk. He was happier than he'd felt in a long time.
And proud. He didn't know what that feeling was like. It was so alien he couldn't even name it.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Coates. I hope you enjoy your stay here. Is there anything that Christine can do for you while you're here?" he turned to the petite brunette behind the desk, who smiled and looked to the bewildered guest expectantly.
He'd be sorted out soon enough. All that Seth knew was that he could help this man. And more importantly, that he wanted to.
He woke with a start and stared up at the dark ceiling. Muttering to himself, he dressed and didn't keep the suit jacket, instead pulling on a t-shirt with a pair of jeans. He made his way out into the hallway and then collapsed into the first chair he found.
