Lucien skimmed the tips of his thumbs casually over the thin chocolate rolling paper stuffed neatly with Bali Shag, and he was in the process of sealing the edge with his tongue when he heard the appreciative whistle. Unsure if he was the intended recipient, he glanced up just in time to see the approaching stranger eyeballing his car.
Well, at least he knew the guy had taste.
In his former line of work, it generally paid to be cautious around people he didn't know- and sometimes even around those he did. This dark-haired man seemed friendly enough, although Lucien had noticed those wandering eyes; he'd often sized up his skips in a similar manner, so it was probably better not to jump to conclusions. Then again, maybe the man was just very friendly.
"Ain' goin' very fah, Cap," he answered amiably, though he didn't rise from his seated position. Instead, he offered out the newly rolled cig with a smile. "Lucien. Needa light?"
