Jack wishes he could explain himself better. He wishes he could tell her that white men aren't all the same. He has little to offer in defense of his culture, though. He, personally, is far more 'live and let live' than the military tend to be. So long as those letting him live also let him slip away with their valuables. He's pocketed a lot of gold that his tribe has left on his plate and feels sure that he'll be allowed to get away with it. They're good people.
There's a moment of sincere confusion, but Jack knows their names are mostly words. It doesn't take him too long to understand and he nods, covering his own mouth. "Kimi. No father. No war. Not yet." It's not as if keeping his father secret is a new concept for him. Since he was small he's had to lie about his parentage for one reason or another.
He lets Anaba lay him down and climb onto him. She's so marvelously assertive and dominant. Jack gives out a throaty moan and, after a moment, arches up into the girl. He's been happy these past weeks. Accepted and cared for by a large surrogate family, getting to explore new lands, and making love to a woman who makes him feel like a teenager again. Still, Jack's mind never drifts far from his plans to find the fountain of youth and secure his immortality nor does he give up on his need to return to his beloved ship. There's a paradise to be had here, but it isn't enough for the pirate. Even if there are some aspects he might want to take with him when he goes.
