"Well, duh." Simon rolled his eyes for effect. "None of us are normal," he said with distaste. He then smugly added, "We're better! We're mutants." He flashed Kyle a beaming smile and a wink.
"Water it is, then," he chirped happily. He took the extra soda away and brought Kyle back a big glass of water. Well, hanging out with Kyle was pretty easy when the guy wasn't up in his face smelling him and making him horny uncomfortable. He actually brought a smile to Simon's face to interact with someone who could only be genuine and natural with no internal censor to speak of.
"Here you go, friend," Simon told Kyle as he offered him the glass. "Now don't drop the glass on my downstairs neighbors, or I'll never hear the end of it," he teased, winking at Gibs again.
