His hand was felt to be rough, and the fur peeking over the back of it was surprisingly soft. Kyle did have a look rather like a large cat, though really he looked like a somewhat mangy one, he not very up kept. He did not seem to mind the extended shaking, then again, Kyle had very little concept about social norms or the like. He took his hand back when it was released and pulled his skateboard up to his shoulders, bracing it behind his neck with both arms.
"Yeah, yeah I do." He offered with a shrug toward the counter. "They make a good burger." As if to remind him of just how hungry he was, his stomach gave a long, low rumble. Another toothy and bashful grin pulled at his features before he stubbed the ball of one foot against the ground. Heh, oops.
Even though Gibney was not good at most normal social interaction, he was highly social and loved to talk. After the rough rejection from Stephanie earlier, having someone to talk to made his aching pride and feelings feel better. And hey, this guy not only knew of him, but hadn't cussed him out for knocking him over! Win!
