Summanus held his breath a moment as he watched the other move past. It should have been that simple, but Sammanus could not risk anything. There was just too much at risk, he was too close to let it all slip away now. He slipped into a shadow and let it swallow up his body, narrowed eyes glaring at the spot the other had disappeared around, but he did not reappear there.
Too bad for the young faced man that he had not just kept walking. Sammanus smirked from the shadows and slowly, carefully lifted his hands close to his chest. The man appeared in the ceiling and Sammanus held his breath. Intangible, he doubted he could zap what he could not touch, so he needed the kid to come down and be solid. He would wait, he would have to wait, though he did start gathering energy around himself as he waited.
