On the twelfth day of every month, six men and women are put up for auction in Providence, Rhode Island. For two generations, the State House has been the home to the crown of Rhodes. The state is neither militarily strong, nor economically superior. Its power resides in its people - in particular those fortunate enough to have been born with the powers of witchcraft.
