You are thirteen years old and you've just killed a man. Now you're on your own, on the run, determined to uncover the truth about your strange unworldly powers. The ensuing quest leads you to the imperial splendour of Komadori, where Four Gods rule the arcane and shrine-maidens protect the city from evil spirits - and where a team of scientists are conducting experiments too horrible to be spoken about.
Then you meet others who've awakened to their power, only to find something yet more perilous waiting for you - something with consequences which may mean you're never seen again. The Onmyō Bureau have made an unrefusable offer.
