A Fable III rpg, we welcome newcomers as much as long-time fans! We have newcomer guides available, and we're more than willling to help applicants become familiar with Fable's setting.

Fable III is set in a pseudo Victorian England world with a mixture of Victorian, Edwardian, and Georgia eras. Furthermore, Steampunk and Clockpunk play a defining role. Steampunk defines advanced 19th century technology powered by steam, with Industrial aesthetics: leather, gears, rivets, wood. Clockpunk is a little different, and the two ___punk genres are often mistaken for one another. Clockpunk consists of tech poered by clock gears, French fashion, and colours limited to blacks, whites and greys.

Not sure what the eras involve? We have a simple guide or two available, as well as for other aspects of Fable. As a Historical rpg, we require research, so players know and understand what they are writing about, which only makes the game more enjoyable. We have a document available with links to historical resources.
