    Seize The Day

    For years terror and death plagued the United States. A legion of dark wizards, aligned to the most evil of witches, the Lady Nyx, wreaked havoc on their world. Sadistic and ruthless, they ruled the Wizarding community with an iron fist and even struck fear into the hearts of some Muggles. A valiant fight from brave witches and wizards brought about her end but some wait in the shadows for her return.

    Thirty years later, the death of Lady Nyx and the imprisonment and vanishing of many of her followers is but a history lesson to the students of Hogwarts. The world is finally at peace and a new group of students have enters Hogwarts, new cliques, new relationships and of course, new drama. Can they keep it together long enough to survive the school year, not to mention the oncoming darkness drawing ever closer?

    In the year 2000, Charles Xavier opened the doors to his School for Gifted Youngsters. Mutants. Now, fifteen years later, much has changed. Xavier is on Muir Island, rumored to be establishing a second school for mutants, while much of his original first class have seemingly disappeared; only the X-Men know that their mission is to travel through time and space to try and stop the evils that have been enacted on their own world.

    Former students and current X-Men have taken the reins from the old guard and are finding that now there are new horrors awaiting them. And new fights for students, residents, and humans alike to face.

    [info]invinciblemods is an Original-Character Superhero Roleplaying Game. Set in Chicago, Illinois, the focus is on the residents and employees of Chicago's Department of Metahuman Security Facility -- superpowered Field Operatives, their Government Agent overseers, and the powered innocents just trying to live as normal a life as they can. Well, except for the rogue superhuman terrorist group APEX running amok.

    Open since the end of June, Act II of the five-act planned plot has just begun, with plenty of opportunities available to new players!
