Who: Hannah and Ernie.
When: Late night. (Backdated to 9.29)
Where: Forbidden Forest, where Hannah is lost, alone and out of sorts.
Summary: Hannah made another bad decision that led her to this point, what else is new? Ernie is coming to the rescue.
Rating: IDK. In progress.
Hannah slid down into a sitting position, leaning her back against one of the trees within the forest. She was not well, she felt rather out of it and definitely worse for wear. All she knew was that she had went to the Hog's Head, determined to find a method other than calming draught to calm her down, to help her forget or simply to not care about mistakes that she had made. When it only made her feel worse, she took calming draught on top of it, which only made her feeling of unwellness seem to grow worse. Perhaps mixing strong alcohol and calming draught wasn't the most intelligent idea, but at the time, Hannah was desperate for just, something to ease her mind.
She remembered taking the calming draught on top of the alcohol at the pub, but then after that everything had been a complete blur, she had no recollection of anything up to the point of her becoming aware some time much later that she didn't know where she was, or what she was doing there. She was unable to apparate, and had somehow misplaced her wand along the way. Not knowing where she was, where she had been or what had happened to get her to this point in time, only made her anxiety and fears heightened more than they already had been.
Of all people to attempt to find her, it had been Ernie and Neville. Hannah didn't understand why. She was still too busy beating herself up over what she had done to them. While it had not been intentional, it had still happened, and it was all her fault. Hannah was having a very difficult time living with what had happened. Ernie's reaction still continued to repeat frequently in her mind. She had tried to apologize, she had tried to make peace with him. But it had all been a complete failure. Neville may have broken her heart by pushing her away for the final time, but Hannah had never felt the heartache she experienced when Ernie had given up on her and abandoned her completely, somewhat just as her father had. Only, Ernie had an excuse to react in such a way and Hannah couldn't blame him for anything that happened between them as this was all her doing, and now she was living with the consequences of those actions and was not mentally equipped to handle and manage them appropriately. But she had tried, time and time again to get a grip on herself, only to slip further down into an even deeper and darker hole of her own making.
Now, she was possibly in grave danger. She wasn't sure where she was, she couldn't think very clearly and on top of it all, she had been crying so much, she could no longer feel anything except for her face stinging from where she had shed so many tears, that had met up with the night-time wind.
Sighing Hannah closed her eyes. She just wanted to sleep. She just wanted to go home and sleep this entire horrible nightmare away.
