Percy was in attendance. He looked exhausted and a little paler than usual. He stood so that he was leaning against a wall, and hoped it looked more like a casual, cool sort of lean than a having-trouble-staying-up-on-my-feet lean. It didn't. When Kingsley brought up the Order members that were killed, his brow furrowed and he stared down at his shoes. But he didn't look sad, or guilty, or embarrassed. He looked angry.
Besides observing the fascinating brogue pattern on his oxfords, he also spent a fair portion of the meeting staring at the Selwyns. He didn't say anything, but even though he's been far more pleasant with the both of them in different settings, he didn't look especially thrilled by their presence at this meeting.
When asked for potential safe house locations, Percy shot a look at Fleur, but wouldn't have volunteered Shell Cottage - that's her call, not his.
It took awhile for him to speak. He let others go first, still shooting uncertain looks at Alastair and Delilah. When he finally did speak up, he said, "Has anyone heard of... Save the Children?"
