WHO: Tracey and Theo
WHAT: Theo should have been a Ravenclaw, tbh
WHEN: Friday, 7/19; lunchtime
WHERE: Pansy/Tracey's flat
RATING|STATUS:
As much as her body felt like trash in the days immediately following the full moon, Tracey's emotions always felt better. The days leading up to it were generally filled with a restless irritation, and it never took much to set her off. She'd been trying to stay away from Pansy so she didn't overstay her welcome in the flat she couldn't help pay for, but after the whole Draco thing, at least her rage had had a target they could both agree on. Afterward, it was like hitting a reset button. Her negative emotions had been purged, leaving her tired, but in a decent enough mood--good enough to deal with Theodore and his questions. If it were almost anyone else, she wouldn't have wanted to answer any questions about being a werewolf--Pansy was often the rare exception to the rule, as was, strangely enough, Daphne. Theo was really the only male exception to any of her rules, mostly because he was the only one--besides her father--who wasn't completely terrible. Tracey even found him somewhat endearing, if she was being honest. And she knew his questions were more academic in nature, because he was weird and wanted to know everything about everything, like the secret Ravenclaw he probably should have been. Pansy was taking her and the rest of their friend group on an impromptu vacation--without Theo, apparently--so Tracey agreed to let him bring her lunch before they left. She answered the door in an oversized sweatshirt that had belonged to her father and a pair of shorts and waved him over to the kitchen table with her. "So you're not coming with us?" she asked, looking at him with narrowed eyes. "Why." |
