"Good friends who didn't even tell you I was here?" She chided with a knowing smile. She took another, aggressive step towards her. "See, I knew you were here almost the moment you arrived. Wanna guess who helped me keep my place hidden from you? I'll give you a hint. He's ridiculously tall and in desperate need of a hair cut."
Meg had managed to work herself away from the wall a few steps and was feeling a little less cornered. She thought that if she could just intimidate the girl a little more, get her to back off just the tiniest bit, she might be able to make a run for it. It wasn't very dignified, and she chaffed at the idea, but she honestly didn't see any other options. She was going to keep her promise, dammit, but she wasn't just going to lay there and be talked down to by this nothing of a woman. She'd take blows and cuts and whatever else she could dish out physically. Words though? She would not be talked down to. She had to keep the girl on her heels.
