Castiel remained completely unaware of the current war that his affection was creating with Meg. No, he continued on as if he saw no issue, while watching the television screen before them. The touch of his hand in her hair was innocent, not meant to seem sexual in nature, so it would have confused him if he were aware of what was currently running through Meg's mind. It had been a point of confusion when her head moved, because it caused him to pause in the motions of his hand in her hair and look at her curiously. He wasn't sure if he'd done something she'd been displeased with (be it pull her hair on accident or otherwise), but she wasn't telling him to stop or otherwise chastising him, so he assumed she was simply putting a stop to his affection while she had the chance.
"I like it, yes." His confirmation brought his attention away from the screen, back to Meg and there was a slight furrowing of his brow as he began to speak once more. "Although I don't understand the songs, why they are singing instead of speaking. Or why Don would decide to sing in the rain. It's my understanding that would lead to a cold or worse, in terms of human illnesses." The confusion flickering over his features was proof enough he didn't fully understand the purpose of the characters singing, but he did seem to enjoy them. They were upbeat and happy and he understood now what Meg meant when she said that it was a spectacle. It was not something that left a sinking feeling in his stomach because the characters were making decisions he didn't understand.
