Greetings, all!
I was finally persuaded by Patrick and Joshua to check things out around here, so here I am. My name is Ryan and most people know me from a little film I directed called Guardians of the Galaxy. ;) Film is my passion in life, especially the creative process behinds the scenes. I got my start working for Troma Entertainment, and say what you will about the quality of their product, I am forever grateful for the education I got there.
I'm also an advocate for animals and I currently have my dog Von Spears and cat Emily with me in Atlanta while working on Guardians 2. Von Spears comes with me to work every day and is the true boss on the set, ha. Poor Emily recently got threatened on social media with being thrown in a woodchipper due to my comments on the recent plot twist in Captain America (the comic, not the movies). Most of the time I love interacting with fans on social media, but some people really need to think before they type. For the record, I never said I agreed with the plot twist.
Enough about that. I want to get to know everyone here a little better! So, who are you, what are you passionate about and for shits and giggles, what is your opinion of social media?
