As you might have guessed we don't do anything around here without a rhyme or reason and Halloween is no different. We're not just using it as some excuse to throw a orgy so that your characters can dress up in costumes. No, there will be things that will be happening not only at the party but out on the streets as well.

Halloween is a time when Kindred can roam the streets without anyone thinking twice about if they look a little different or flash some fangs. It's a lot easier to get a free meal when people think you're just a sexy human in a vampire costume who wants to nibble on their neck a little bit. Usually nothing comes of this but the Sheriff and Hounds are out there on streets anyway making sure things run soothingly. Even more so since there is currently no Elysium for Kindred to gather at for the night.

However things will not be running something at all. Hunters also know it's a good time to catch Kindred out of the street as well. There will be several skilled hunters out there hunting this night. You are more welcome to have your character have a hunter(s) run in with them. What happens is up to you. Do you just barely manage to get away? Do you kill them? Do you manage to capture them and bring them into the Ivory Tower to hand over to the Sheriff? It's up to you.

This is a great chance for scenes or narratives.

The Clan Toreador party will be going up as an IC/OOC post. If any Hounds wish to attend to keep an eye on things there as well they are more than welcome. It's your standard costumed party that you'd expect out of such a thing. Costumes may not stay on very long and there is very much an orgy going on in one room for those that have such an interest in such thing.

At one point in the evening there will be an attack by hunters who managed to get a hold of one of the invitations. The details of the attack will be layout out as a scene within the IC/OOC that players are then welcome to react to and play out what happens. How characters react will determine how things will turn out. Don't worry, we're not planning on burning anything else down this time but there is a chance for character harm should you choose to have it happen and NPC death will occur.

The Blue Moon on Oct. 31, 2020 will be the first full moon on Halloween in 76 years which may play into things a bit as well. Just something to wonder about. >.>

So with all of this in mind you can plan how you plan on having your character participate in the night's events as chaos erupts throughout the city for the Kindred of the night while the kine around them thinks it's just some Halloween stunts for social media. Damn you Tik Tok.
