This is an official missive to announce the coming arrival of Malcolm Stuart, Justicar of clan Ventrue. All prominent members of the court are asked to attend to Justicar Stuart at his request upon his arrival. In addition, other members of the court who receive this missive are asked to stay within the domain of New York City and attend the Justicar upon request as well.
