Amadeus was already at Henry's getting everything ready. The perks of just whisking yourself wherever you pleased. Tremere mages had been trying for a while now to put out their feelers and locate one of their own that had just disappeared without warning. While it wasn't unheard of to sire a fledgling and just abandon them after second thoughts, even in their clan, all agreed it just seemed odd and that there had to be something more sinister at play than Henry simply leaving Rhys to his fate. However, no one had been able to find a trace of the older Tremere.
Which meant it was time to try something else. And after the last attempt on his own, Amadeus was absolutely not allowing Rhys to try again on his own. He had meant it when he said no more magic without supervision. This certainly counted as one of those times.
Of course, he wasn't expecting this to be a three's company situation. Amadeus looked up from sorting what he brought along from his own study to make note of Joseph. "What did I do now," the eldest Kindred in the room asked as way of greeting.
