Connie had told her to leave Julian be, but Chiyu was worried. He'd been gone longer than he ever had and there'd been that fire and all those deaths and Cian had come home hungry and exhausted and messed up. She'd been able to help him by letting him feed on her.
She twisted her fingers in the hem of her long sleeved bear tee shirt. She was a little more disheveled than usual, picking up on the distress of the vampires around her, especially over the last few days. Especially since she'd had some of Cian's blood.
So it was a long tee meant for sleeping, a pair of comfy pajama pants and no makeup. Her hair pulled up into a pair of messy bun tails.
Raising her hand to knock on his door, Chiyu hesitated. Connie had said to leave him be. Would she get in trouble even if she just wanted to check on him. Worrying her bottom lip, she leaned against his door.
"Jules?" If she only asked and didn't go in, she wasn't bothering him, right? He didn't have to answer her. "You okay?"
