Aftermath: Rook & Sthelada
Rook had only met a few of the Hidden Ones but he never minded them because they never looked too closely at him and his bestial marks. Some of his weren't as noticeable unless you were right up on him or watched his eyes too closely, but they never looked twice at the talon-like nails. Or even once since so many of the Nos seemed to have them also. They never seemed to mind the odd behavior either.
Sthelada own appearance didn't bother Rook at all. The sharp teeth were nothing. Gangrel and Nosferatu. Both clans of teeth and claw. And the two of them, they were kindred spirits in wanting to stay away from the rest of the Kindred weren't they? It was the only reason Rook wasn't having an issue knowing Ariel was in the building. He knew the other Gangrel wasn't a threat to him or his mate.
"He does but it's best not to bother him right now." He glanced down at the Toreador in question and tenderly brushed his hair back from his face. "It would do more damage than good to wake him now."
