Ash & Rook
Rook had almost grabbed at Ash once more. Would have until he saw that he moved towards the kine and not the burning building. Having seen Ash do it once before he knew what the Toreador was about to do. Just because he knew, didn't mean that he was about to let Ash go alone so of course, he followed.
He could have closed his eyes but then it would be harder to keep an eye out and the Gangrel's instincts refused to let him do that. So before Ash went all light of God on their asses, Rook has used what shadows he could to slip into and shift before he came up along Ash's side and brushed against him. They done knew Ash's power seemed to no effect the mind of the wolf and well, it would be easier to tackle Ash and keep him from getting any other ideas as the wolf than it would be the raven.
While everyone bowed before their new God, Rook stood pressed against him, his eyes hating the light of the fire, instincts screaming that it was bad, but somehow he kept himself from herding Ash away from it.
