Amadeus & Hounds
Right as he was leaving for the last time, something whispered at Cian right before there was a loud crash only a little bit to his left, along with a noise from someone being smashed to the floor. Moving in that direction, was a kindred who was pulling himself out from under a smoking piece of rubble in a way that spoke to at least an injured arm. That piece must have had some type of force behind it.
Not saying a single word, the Malkavian scooped him up in his arms before moving to take him out of the building. There were no longer whispers in his head, the warning bells were screaming. Outoutoutoutout.
It was only moments after he had cleared the door to the outside air that there was a massive crash as the building's second floor came in on itself, spewing smoke and sparks into the air above them. Was everyone out? Gently moving to let the man in his arms down, if he could stand or not, Cian looked around, searching for every familiar face but not seeing the one that mattered to most of the kindred there the most. Why didn't he see the sheriff?
