Joseph & Rhys
Fingers curled into that sweater as he was kissed, knowing it couldn't last but that didn't mean he didn't want it to. There were other things he wanted to say, but Rhys only silently watched as Joseph finished getting ready. There was a moment of appreciation but he didn't say anything about that, either.
Rhys actually pouted for a second at that last bit, and though he wanted to look away the moment the other man waved, he couldn't. Instead, he watched until he couldn't see him anymore, trying not to think about the most negative out come of this fire. For anyone involved. His mentor, Ariel, his love. Everyone that rushed to help, everyone stuck inside.
At that last thought, he turned away from the window, finally, to join Bruno, nodding to him. "I-I'm um, gonna need some blood from them." He'd been practicing a few different things. Part of that was along the path Mab had started him. Depending on how hurt or frantic people were, he could make them slip into a comfortable sleep to help them get checked out. He didn't know how to heal other people, but he could do his best with applying bandages. While he had been practicing, he still wasn't sure just how much magic he could use before it became too much. If the girls were willing to help him keep up his levels, small drinks at a time, he would be glad.
