Ariel snarled at the question. No, that wasn't the case but he wasn't about to tell Amadeus the truth. Not yet. That sort of shit had to be earned. His hands were balling into fists then straightening over and over again as if he had to stretch his fingers. Or maybe it was a struggle to keep his body in the shape that it was. There was something freeing about the wolf - like he didn't have to fear his own anger anymore.
Stepping closer to the sheriff, he reached out, hand gripping the Elder's wrist hard, "Anywhere but here." He struggled for a moment before adding, "Please," as if he had just remembered his manners. Or at the very least, his position in comparison to Amadeus. "This does not count as me owing you a favor though," he stated pointedly, knowing how many Kindred would use his state of mind to their advantage.
