His attention slid over to Ariel, his face more passive than it had ever been. He was really unsure how to feel at that moment. He'd gone from an amazing night to potentially being flavor of the day for security. He knew that the two other men in the room wanted to look out for him, knew that he needed to see things for what they were, instead of going around like the child he'd been acting like.
But, did this growing up process have to hurt?
"What if Henry comes back and sees I'm not here?" Rhys wasn't exactly stupid. He knew that people didn't really believe his sire was still alive. It had been... weeks since that last bit of contact and as far as he knew, that message he'd sent had never been responded to. There hadn't been another dream. He would always hold onto hope that he was still out there until his ashes were brought back. He was the most comfortable here, he could hide here. But... if he couldn't hide here? "I don't know what to do..."
