Quite honestly, Rhys didn’t know, even a little bit, how to feel right then. Things were twisting in his chest, his throat and his stomach. He didn’t know what to do. This was a tender moment he hadn’t expected and he wasn’t freaking out about it like he thought he should have been. Instead, his hands sunk down so he could hold Joseph’s face again, as well, mirroring him a little bit.
Searching his eyes for a moment, he leaned up to kiss him again, slow and undemanding. He felt braver now, than he had in the beginning of the night, more so than when he’d taken the first step into this bedroom. Whether that would stay or not was to be seen. Pulling away from it, he licked over Joseph’s lips with the side of his tongue before letting his head fall back again. He might have been taller, sure, but with the way he was built, he was thinner and smaller in body.
