Lucian had indeed been filled in before Rhys had been ushered into his office. This all sounded vaguely familiar. Not the Henry Stokes going missing part, but the part about Henry Stokes having recently sired a fledgling of his own. Lucian was positive that he had just signed off on the request not that long ago for the Tremere to do so. Lucian was sure that the Tremere Primogen was also aware of it for the Tremere at times could be pickier about who they sired into their bloodlines than the Ventrue at times. Not that Lucian could see why anyone would choose to sire the little mouse in front of him.
"I'm not aware enough of your sire's habits to know if that is unusual or not, but there are those that will know."
It was easy enough to see with the way Lucian was looking at Rhys that he was deciding just what to do with the young vampire. It would be an easy enough thing to just do anyway with him. He was currently a brand new vampire who did not have a sire to guide him and that was a dangerous thing. Lucian finally moved, leaning forward and pressing a button on his desk. "Dorthea, locate Lazarus and have him sent to my office," he ordered through the intercom. If they did have a Kindred that had gone missing it was a matter for the sheriff to take care of.
In the meantime, while they waited, the Prince's attention zeroed back in on Rhys once more as he continued to access him. "How far has your sire gotten in your teaching regarding the rules of the Masquerade and the Camarilla?"
