"Thank you sweetie, they're gorgeous," she said, smiling at him when he hopped up on the counter, she leaned on the one across from him and listened, nodding, "sure, that's no problem," she told him. "What did you think, I would yell at you and say only I got to choose the music in here?" she joked, though, probably most people would expect her to say that very thing. She could be quite specific about things. As they stood, she went to the fridge to retrieve the bit of cookie dough she had stolen earlier when the boys were baking, and brought it back, breaking a piece off and popping it into her mouth and offering some to Blaine.
"You better save a jive for me," she joked, referring to the popular 50's dance, jokingly doing a hand jive movement at the same time.
