Mass Encrypted Email on the Underground Network

Been picking up tons of wacky over in Asia, got sources out that direction so should know more soon. Otherwise is anything going on where everyone else is?
At this point I'm totally open to any hunch no matter how bonkers. Also looking for news, no matter how weird. Because all this has to be linked somehow, just not sure as to how.
