Remus felt as small as a tic, and his blood was running cold as he finally let go of the other man and sat easily on the small bed, watching him. He didn't know what to say anymore, he didn't know what to do. He couldn't leave the NAA, he was a private now and he doubted they would give him a trial if he ran. They would gun him down and kill them with a single well placed curse. Instead he swallowed thickly and looked up at Sirius. "I'm sorry. You were right," he finally said, the words heavy in his mouth. He wasn't used to the other man being right. "I've... been holding the incident from last year over you. I've judged you for the pranks you pulled, and treated you badly," he finally said, fully expecting Sirius to turn around and punch him.
