Regulus had been more than pleased to receive Kastra's invitation. He hadn't really heard from her since the weekend he had spent in Berlin and it had him terribly worried that he had over stepped some boundary. He didn't know. Everything had just been going so well between the two of them and everything had been so nice that night. He had just gotten a little caught up in the moment. The problem was, he couldn't exactly say he regretted the kiss. He had enjoyed their kiss. He had enjoyed their kiss a lot.
But he didn't really know where that left them. She hadn't brought it up when they had spoken briefly and he wasn't sure if that was the sort of conversation they should be having in writing. And it went so far beyond that, he knew. She was the daughter of the Chancellor. There had to have been a dozen boys that had already been picked out as suitable matches for her. And while he might have been a Black, he didn't even know if his family would approve. In fact, considering the rather secret pro-Resistance attitudes that both his cousins sported, he very much doubted it. And this was all assuming that there was anything between them to worry about.
He hadn't known what to expect when she met him in London, but so far everything had been normally. They had spent most of their time together weaving their way through the stores, buying what supplies they needed. When they were nearly done, Regulus had suggested lunch - but they both had so much that it made sense to drop it back off at Grimmauld first.
"Just leave your things wherever," Regulus said with something of a smile as they arrived in the middle of his room.
