Characters: Hermione Granger and Octavius Lovegood Date: February 14th, 2000 Location: London Rating: TBA Summary: Hermione isn't entirely sure how to celebrate V-Day, but she is going to try/ Status: Incomplete
Hermione Granger had never celebrated a Valentine's Day before. She has seen everyone around her to do it: exchange cards, chocolate, roses. Read love poems, go out on special dates that usually turned into special nights. She had always been the one on the sidelines, not paying attention yet always keeping one thought buried in the deep recesses of her romantic mind: one day, that would be her.
The day, she felt, had finally come. Octavius Lovegood was someone to her, what he was remained a mystery to her virgin and learning heart, but he was special. She had yet to call him 'boyfriend', mainly because what they had had gone so quickly and so far beyond those words she almost wondered if that term was appopriate. Hermione sometimes sat up and wondered what to call him, and while at the office she would stare longing at him with a flush to her cheeks.
She came to his flat with what she considered the traditional gifts: roses, and chocolate. She had also dressed up in the nicest dress she owned: black with thin straps, hitting just below her knee. She brought her fisted hand up, bit her lower lip, then rapt hard on his door.
