Marlene caught on to what Caradoc was saying, but just barely, and she very tenderly closed the fridge door before leaving the kitchen, her face the mildest of greens as she opened her bottle. Thank Merlin Caradoc had remembered, because she sure hadn't, and she didn't think even she could play off the illness that would most likely overcome her had she had seen the blood.
"My bosses would not be pleased to know I'm fraternizing so much with so-called 'terrorists'," Marlene elaborated, taking a deep swing. "And there are some in the Ministry who would only be too happy to have my head without even knowing about the Order, so." She shrugged, her voice matter-of-fact. "Doc's a bit paranoid, but he's got some points. It's not something that's to be flaunted around right now."
