It was just as startling on Regulus' end, though years of practice meant that his surprise didn't show on his face. He remained stoic, looking at the eerily familiar face with cold blue eyes. He would have had to've been hexed into incompetency for him to not recognize those features, it was like looking back in time a good twenty years at a young Sirius.
Regulus hadn't seen his brother in nearly that long, so there was no telling what the relationship was though he was fairly sure he knew just from the close resemblance. He reached out and tugged the papers out of the boy's hand since he was just standing there, opening them up and perusing them thoughtfully.
"Well well well," he said at length, folding them back up. "May as well be asking for an Azkaban cell, waving these things around."
