Re: Miles & Katie
Shaking his head he thought about trying to argue that the Magpie’s might actually not slaughter the Falcons, or really any team they went up against. How Tristan Brown had managed to secure the team he had was beyond Miles. Sure he’d helped with a few of the players given that he represented a good deal of them, but how the hell he’d managed that was something Miles actually was impressed with, and Miles wasn’t easily impressed.
“If one of my Falcon clients was standing here I’d tell you it’d be a close one, but given how you lot have been playing, wouldn’t be surprised if you just won it in the first hour and went on the bloody winning streak you’ve lot had. You make it look painfully easy and I know it isn’t.” Miles said with his voice a little lower so not to be overheard. “You’ve got a bye week after this match and then Caerphilly Catapults right?” Miles said pulling the schedule up from his memory. “Should be good to get a week off though too. You need some rest too.” He said with a small smile. “That and you can’t keep making all the other teams want to kill you all the time.”
