Specifics of the delivery: The FedEx delivery guy was just doing his job. The specifics of the delivery stated clearly that the only acceptable signature for the parcel in his care was Dr. Robert Mathis. So it was that the clerk had to call the medical examiner to the front desk to accept the parcel from one of the well-known kitchen supply places in Boston. Inside the box along with a dearth of packing peanuts was a 16" long presentation case made out of metal to protect the item nestled safely on the foam inside - the promised and now received 8" Wusthof utility knife. A folded card in one corner said everything else that needed to be said. |
