"Sue me?" Elias hadn't thought anywhere near that far. Would the woman sue him? He did focus when told - really, the other man had a lot of authority about him and it was probably in Elias' best interests to listen. At the information that he was losing his license, at least temporarily, eyebrows raising again. "How can I do that? The same way I did it the first time around?" Really, it was the only way he could think of. He was sure the DMV could handle that kind of thing, like the Swedish equivalent had when he was a teenager.
The rising irritation in the officer's voice made Elias feel even worse about what had happened and it didn't help that he had to look up at the other, further imposing the feeling of being judged. He couldn't quite ignore Chuck's aura though, a glint of fascination in his eyes remaining in spite of the otherwise negative feelings within him.
