Tony gave her a grin as he tried not to stare. She seemed rugged in the way those people from the Middle Ages were, but she wasn't wearing armor which looked handstitched. It was as if she were a woman out of time. Young. Age was only a number though which Tony was more evidence of than acknowledgement. He didn't know what to say to her to make her look more at ease. The truth was, Tony had no idea what would happen if he lost a member of their group to the dinosaurs. Would the city bring them back? Would they die? Would they get left in the jungle if the city decided to move around on them again?
There were too many questions without answers. JARVIS had given him a rundown on the most likely scenarios; Tony had tried to accommodate for them. Jane was too much to risk to test some of the theories they'd had before pooling together a group outting. He could have slipped out to try it himself, but what would Pepper do if he died? Tony couldn't only think about himself any longer. There was more to him than only what he'd been worth as an engineer. It took more than he had in him to be willing to throw away the chance of a future with a good woman only to find out 'what if' to any random question which popped into his head.
Pointing to her bow, he said, "I got a friend who's great with one of those. His is a little more advanced than yours. I made him some fancy arrows if you want to try some out sometime. He went---well, I guess he went home? One day he was here with us and then the next day he wasn't. That's how these places work. I'm Tony Stark. Sorry for the whole no introduction thing. I tend to expect people to know me. I'm not exactly the most discreet guy. In case you can't tell."
