Sara did not understand how she had been resurrected. This wasn’t Nanda Parbat, and Nyssa was nowhere to be found. Sara had spent the past two days searching for her. Nyssa wasn’t here. The details on how Sara had been brought back were unknown to her. And it was so many months after she’d died. It didn’t make any sense. But Sara learned quickly that she wasn’t the only one who had been brought back. There were others here that had been dead. She found herself in need of a drink. There was exactly one bar in this place, from what she could tell. So far, she was not enjoying her stay in Test City. No matter, though. She would adjust. It was so strange to be alive again. One moment Sara had been falling off of the roof, three arrows in her chest...and the next, she was here. There was nothing between that, at least not that Sara could recall. She would figure it out though, she was determined. For now she just needed a drink and to regain her bearings. She’d been happy to find other clothes when she went to the apartment that belonged to her. Walking around town in black leather and a mask would have seemed suspicious. She tucked the Canary costume away in a safe place. When Sara walked into Test City Bar & Grill, her eyes were immediately on Thea. Thea Queen. She’d killed Sara. Sara didn’t understand how or why. She suspected Malcolm Merlyn was behind it somehow. She froze, wanting to duck out of there before Oliver’s sister saw her. Sara wasn’t quite ready to deal with Thea. Seeing her standing there behind the podium, Thea didn’t look like a cold-blooded killer. It must have been Malcolm. Please don’t see me. Sara quickly moved out of the bar and back into the streets. She guessed she had to find a liquor store and drink at home. She wasn’t ready to come face to face with Thea yet. Her emotions were all over the place. How had Oliver’s baby sister even gotten involved in all of this? Malcolm Merlyn. If Sara saw him, she was definitely going to kill him. |
