Re: Holden & Sean - 5PM
Sean honestly wasn't paying attention to the goofy grin on Holden's face. He was watching the few people that had arrived, giving small nods to them or tips of his beer bottle in their direction. Had he noticed, he might've given him a little bit of hell, but whatever, they deserved to be happy and out as a result without the worry of anything else over their heads.
Turning his head, Sean looked at his lover and nodded. "Absolutely. Any time you want, just let me know and we'll plan it out." It was nice, real nice, that they were able to do this.
Sean wouldn't take another day, another moment with Holden for granted like he had in the past.
He smiled softly at the rub against his cheek, and then laughed. "I think sneakers is the acceptable term these days. I could be wrong. I guess it'd depend on where a person is from." Sean didn't keep up with much either outside of football stats, and who was traded where. That had been his entire world, and now this? This was his world, and he was glad that it was.
Snorting, Sean looked over at Holden again, finally catching that grin which made his smile only grow. "Duly noted. No running, we'll jog at a nice steady pace with the dog and even then I think you might have trouble keeping up with me." He leaned over to steal a quick kiss before pulling back and shaking his head. "Do you think we're still okay on burgers and everything, or should we make our way to the grill?" His hand rubbed idly up and down Holden's side before finally settling on to his hip.
