Charlie wasn't giving her a lot of time to process the information. What did he mean there were monsters? She didn't know how she was supposed to take that, but what she did know was that Charlie looked very serious. This wasn't a joke. Liv wasn't being punk'd. So whatever he was talking about, they could get answers later.
Liv hadn't seen any of these monsters yet, nor had she known Charlie for very long. She knew enough to trust him though. If there could be a giant green hand, why not monsters too. She was a zombie girl, after all. If that was a thing, anything could happen here.
She nodded, running with him towards the door. She had plenty of questions, she hoped he could answer but there would be time for that later. Charlie had been genuinely worried about her, he'd even come to save her. That was more than most people would have done.
Unfortunately Liv was unable to resist temptation ND she stole a glance at one of the creatures. It was horrifying. Zombies were nothing compared to what she saw.
She gasped, shaking her head. "What the hell is that thing?"
